Because of virtualisation, hardware failures no longer mean downtime. Both the server and the storage can fail, but the cloud will pick-up the data and continue on.

ABOUT SOLID STATE STORAGE: The biggest bottleneck on any computer, even the fastest servers, has always been with data storage. But with no moving parts, SSD drives have reduced, and in some cases eliminated, those bottlenecks. SSD storage is perfect for busy servers.

The services includes:

• cPanel Hosting (so you can manage your own account, including mailbox passwords etc)
• 2000MB of hosting space on a Linux server
• 15GB of data transfer per month
• 3 MySQL databases
• 25 mailboxes
• webmail and POP3/IMAP mail
• direct contact with the server administrator

If you have other requirements, please contact us and let us know what you need, and we will provide you with a quote.  Generally speaking, we can provide additional databases and other components at little-to-no extra charge.

We are a small company and we understand the need to have your website and email online.  But sometimes technology fails and when it does, you can rest-assured that we will be contactable, responsive and will keep you up-to-date of any problems, should they occur.

In most cases, the problems experienced by users are usually not related to the service; and in those instances, you can again rely on us to be responsive and helpful, in a personable and efficient manner.

We can be contacted via support ticket and email.  We will also provide Skype details in those instances that require it.  We also have remote suppport software which we can use to take control of your desktop and assist you personally.

Phone support is available at an extra monthly fee, or on an adhoc basis.
